patchli.st is a bug bounty platform that connects software founders with security researchers. Founders can list their products for security testing, and researchers can submit vulnerability reports in exchange for bounty rewards.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. For Founders

As a founder using patchli.st, you agree to:

Only list products you own or have authorization to test
Clearly define the scope of your bug bounty program
Pay bounties for valid, accepted vulnerability reports
Respond to reports in a timely manner
Not take legal action against researchers acting in good faith within scope

5. For Researchers

As a security researcher using patchli.st, you agree to:

Only test products within the defined scope
Not access, modify, or delete user data
Not perform denial of service attacks
Not share vulnerability details publicly before they are fixed
Submit detailed, good-faith vulnerability reports
Follow responsible disclosure practices

6. Payments and Bounties

Bounty payments are made directly between founders and researchers. patchli.st facilitates the connection but is not responsible for payment disputes. Founders set their own bounty amounts and have sole discretion over accepting or rejecting reports.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use the Service for illegal purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
Submit fraudulent or misleading reports
Harass or threaten other users
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

patchli.st is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
